Postage and Delivery Charges

UK POSTAGE COSTS                                                                                     Postage Details       

The delivery cost of your order will be determined by weight. This is to ensure that everyone is charged fairly, based on what they order and not given an average price based on everything in our store.

All orders, unless otherwise requested, will be sent via courier (My Hermes). Delivery will take between 3-7 working days. Should you require a quicker delivery time, please contact us before placing an order. By doing this, we can offer you alternative options such as Royal Mail or next day courier services.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days (remember some of our items are handmade and may not be in stock) – where this is not possible we will get in touch with you to let you know.

Small Orders

Should you only require a small item or order, please Contact Us to discuss your postage and we may be able to invoice you separately through Paypal and ensure you can have the best P&P price for your order.

Missing Parcels

Spencer-Brookes Designs will not be held responsible for missing parcels, or any postage delays. Should this occur, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation with you and take up a dispute with Royal Mail or the courier.

Customer Error

Spencer-Brookes Designs will not be responsible for 'customer error'. Please check that your address details are correct before submitting your order.  If your address is wrong and the parcel isn't delivered as a result, then we hold no responsibility and your order will only be re-cut as a new order.

Collection in Person

If you live locally (Leominster, Herefordshire) and would like to collect your order, please select that option from the delivery options. Please do not use the 'Collect from shop' option as a way to get free postage. Your item will not be sent until appropriate P&P is paid.


Where possible, we like to ensure our packaging is recycled, so please don’t be alarmed if your item arrives in packaging that looks like it has been used before – at Spencer-Brookes Designs we want to do our bit to help the environment and it also helps us to keep our postage and packing costs to a minimum.


Refunds will not be provided on items that have been customised unless faulty. This is in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations.
